My dough on the oiled counter waiting 10 minutes….

1. After you are done kneading the dough in mixer put on an oiled counter. Knead into a ball and let sit for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes divide into 5 equal parts. (I weighed the dough and divided into 5)

Shape into loaves and place in oiled bread pans. Let rise 45-60 minutes or until double in size with a towel over them.

Bake at 350 in pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.

Once pans are done baking butter the tops and dump out of pan onto wire cooling racks.

My loaves after rising an hour before they go in the oven.

For the honey butter:

  • 1 C butter (room-temp)

  • 1/2 C honey

  • 1/2 C powder sugar

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 pinches of salt

Mix butter, honey and powder sugar together until smooth. Then add cinnamon & salt and mix.
